Job Description:

As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our advertisers. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing training and support, and acting as their primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and your ability to build strong relationships will contribute to the growth and retention of our advertiser base.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new advertisers, ensuring a smooth transition onto the davie.ai platform.
  • Provide training and assistance to customers, guiding them through the features and functionalities of our AI-driven marketing tool.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, understanding their unique needs and proactively identifying opportunities to maximize their success.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement with the platform, identifying potential areas for improvement and making recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate customer feedback, suggest enhancements, and contribute to the overall improvement of the davie.ai platform.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in small business marketing.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of customer success processes and resources.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or customer support role, preferably within the technology or marketing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively address customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Empathetic and patient, with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Familiarity with small business marketing concepts and technologies is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
